Shipping & Returns
Saddle Rock Cartridge Co. strives to fulfill orders quickly to provide our customers with prompt service. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days, however, on days with heavy volume, shipping may take slightly longer. We will do our best to expedite your order as quickly as possible. We offer an estimated delivery date through UPS; this estimate is based on the shipping carrier’s transit time.
All orders must be sent to a physical address. In accordance with the Federal Law, ammunition cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
Saddle Rock Cartridge Co. complies with all local, state, and federal government restrictions. Shipping to restricted areas is not permitted. The purchaser is responsible for knowing his or her own local/state laws before the purchase. It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Saddle Rock Cartridge Co. will ship your order via UPS Ground. Saddle Rock Cartridge Co. ships to the lower 48 states. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's or P.O. Boxes, as well as some states with shipping restrictions.
Federal law (18 USC 922(b)(1), 27 CFR 478. 99(b)) requires that you must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. It is up to the customer to know local laws and obey them. By purchasing ammunition or magazines you certify that you are old enough to purchase them under the law, both locally and federally.
Due to legal and safety regulations, ammunition sales are final and do not qualify for a return. All sales are final. Saddle Rock Cartridge Co. cannot take back ammunition once it has left our facility and has been in the hands of the public.
In the unlikely event your shipment is damaged in transit or your package contains the wrong items, your claim must be reported to Saddle Rock Cartridge Co. within 7 days from receipt of the shipment. Any claims outside the 7 days will be considered void and the sale will be final.
If your package is damaged during shipping, a claim will be filed with the shipper and a refund or replacement will be issued once the claim investigation has concluded.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have supplied an incorrect shipping address & call prior to shipment, we can correct the address at no charge. If your order has been shipped, an address change fee per package will be added. If You Refuse Delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order when the order is non-compliant with our Terms and Conditions. In the event that an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued, minus a 5% re-stocking fee.If the order has shipped and a tracking number is available and you Refuse Delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
